Enough is enough. We’ve been fighting the Potomac Pipeline for nearly two years. Thousands of Marylanders joined together with our West Virginia and D.C. neighbors in solidarity to say NO Potomac Pipeline! It all comes down to this.

The National Park Service (NPS) has yet to issue its Right-of-Way permit for TransCanada to begin construction on the Potomac Pipeline. Nor has the Maryland Board of Public Works issued its permit for construction on Maryland Department of Natural Resources property.

You know the risks:
• Risk of destruction to personal property
• Risk of water contamination to thousands of private wells
• Risk of destruction to historical property
• Risk of pollution to the Potomac River
• Risk of continuous threat of a natural gas explosion
• Risk of impact to the C&O Canal from a blow out

On November 19th, we’ll host a letter delivery and press conference to pressure the National Park Service to join with us and say NO to this destructive pipeline. Join us at its Hagerstown office and bring your friends - turn out to show your opposition to this fracked-gas nightmare. This could be our last stand.

We’ll host a brief rally and press conference, then go inside to deliver our letters from thousands of Marylanders and West Virginians.

Prior to November 19th, please send a letter to NPS Superintendent Kevin Brandt and urge him to deny the right of way:

AND take this online action to support the West Virginia side - urge WV regulators to deny this pipeline:
